Ivan Lazarev stays at UNICS

UNICS signed a «1+1» contract with center Ivan LAZAREV (210 cm, 105 kg).

The 32-year-old Russian started last season at Samara. As a member of the league debutant, Lazarev played 22 games in the 2022/23 regular season (11 of them in the starting lineup). His averages were 5.1 points and 3.1 rebounds in 11:50 minutes on the floor. At the end of March, the center signed an agreement with UNICS, as part of which he became the champion of the VTB United League.

Earlier Lazarev also defended the colors of CSKA Moscow, Zenit St. Petersburg, Parma, MBA and Moscow Runa, Dynamo, Lyubertsy Triumph and BC Ryazan.
