UNICS-2 – ahead of schedule in the VTB United Youth League playoffs!

After two convincing victories over Parma-M (80:65 and 102:73), UNICS-2 once again secured entry into the VTB United Youth League playoffs. Congratulations!

In the 1/4 finals, the Kazan youth team will hold a series of up to two victories. The strongest in their pairs will become participants of the Final Four. In the VTB United Youth League playoffs, in addition to UNICS-2, MBA-2, Lokomotiv-Kuban-2, Runa-2, CSKA Junior, Zenit-M, Khimki-2 and Pari Nizhny Novgorod-2 will perform. The schedule of the first round will be announced at the end of the regular season.

The quarterfinal series will be held up to 2 wins in the «1-2» format. The team with the highest seeding will start the series away, after which it will play one match (or, if necessary, two matches) on the home court.

The Final Four of the tenth anniversary season of the VTB United League Youth Championship will be held on April 13-14 in Krasnodar. Four winners of the 1/4 finals series will take part in it.

Before the end of the regular season-2022/23, Andrey KIBENKO's team has four away matches left. On March 24-25, UNICS-2 will play in Krasnodar with the Lokomotiv-Kuban youth team, and on March 28-29 it will meet Zenit-M on the banks of the Neva River.
