After the away victory of CSKA over Zenit with a score of 72:69 in the 30th round of the Second stage, UNICS secured the 2nd place ahead of schedule at the end of the regular season.

In the current VTB United League draw, our team showed the best start in the club's history, starting the championship with eight consecutive wins. Taking the second place, the Tatarstan club guaranteed itself the advantage of the home court in the first two rounds of the playoffs.
