UNICS-2 dealt with Avtodor-2 twice

Andrey Kibenko's team defeated Avtodor-2 Saratov with a score of 97:74 and 92:86 on the floor of UTC Vasilevo during the regular season of the VTB United Youth League.

The first meeting was dictated by our guys. From the first minutes, seizing the initiative, the Kazan youth team confidently brought the matter to defeat – 97:74. Sergey POLSTYANOV became the best in the UNICS-2, who gave out diverse statistics of 24 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Dmitry VEDENEV scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Anatoly GUNTER added 15 points with 3 assists. The success of the hosts was ensured by a high percentage of three–point shots (42.4%), as well as almost three-fold dominance in rebounds - 38 against 13 for the guests from Saratov.

In the second match, the white-green trio shone in the person of Sergey POLSTYANOV (19 points + 8 assists + 5 rebounds), Alexander KALASHNIKOV (18 + 8 rebounds) and Anatoly GUNTER (15 + 5 assists + 5 steals + 4 rebounds).

Today and tomorrow Andrey Kibenko's team meets with Samara-2.
